As one of the UK’s largest direct to consumer wine retailers, Virgin Wines PLC is taking a big step to become the country’s leading drinks company. Due to this growing demand, it needed to expand its Norwich-based sales team with two more Wine Advisors (sales professionals). After the initial collaboration, Terry and Katie agreed that the ideal candidates needed:
